By accessing or using NewsToPost AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

NewsToPost AI provides an AI-powered content generation platform that converts news articles and URLs into formatted social media posts and image layout prompts. We are currently offering a "Founder Access Early Beta Program" which grants early access to our platform features as they are developed.

3. Founder Access Early Beta

By participating in the Founder Access program, you understand that the product is in beta. Features may change, and occasional disruptions may occur. Your payment secures your spot and provides you with the benefits outlined on our pricing page during the rollout phase (15-30 days).

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the URLs you submit and the content you generate. You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, hateful, or abusive content. NewsToPost AI is not responsible for the accuracy or consequences of the generated social media posts.

5. Limitation of Liability

NewsToPost AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
